EGFR Mutant Structural Database

This database contains EGFR rare mutations discovered at Queen Mary and other Hong Kong local hospitals and all mutations reported in literature around the world. You can view the predicted 3D structure of each mutant online. Press and hold the left mouse button and move the mouse to rotate the molecule and use the scroll wheel to zoom in or out. The binding free energies of each mutant with gefitinib and erlotinib are provided on the right panel. You can also download the PDB file of the mutant. If you have found any new EGFR mutation, please email it to us (click "Report New EGFR Mutations" below) and we will analyze it and add it to the database.
